Announcements and updates from Stratford Meridian, including platform developments, client milestones, and financial communications, as well as contact information for our media relations team.
The firm announced that certain previously shared internal materials for Q1 FY2024–2025 contained classification and presentation errors and have been withdrawn pending replacement materials to be issued on December 15, 2025.
NEW YORK, NY – November 30, 2025 – Stratford Meridian today announced that it has identified errors in certain internal financial materials relating to the first quarter of fiscal 2024–2025. As a result, the firm has withdrawn the Q1 FY2024–2025 management summary, the associated quarterly schedules, and any annual or multi-period documents that rely on those figures.
The issues identified relate primarily to the classification of certain revenues between recurring platform fees and one-time implementation services, as well as the timing of expense recognition for a small number of client engagements. The firm’s review to date indicates that the errors are limited to presentation and classification within the internal management accounts and do not affect underlying cash balances or client contractual obligations.
“We discovered discrepancies between our operational data in ESAM and the way some items were grouped in our internal financial summaries,” said Aranyo, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stratford Meridian. “Our business is built on helping clients trust their systems. When we saw an issue in ours, we chose to address it transparently and without delay.”
Stratford Meridian is conducting a targeted review of the affected period and expects to publish revised Q1 FY2024–2025 materials on December 15, 2025. Until those updated materials are released, prior versions should not be relied upon for analytical or comparative purposes.
“We regret the need to withdraw the prior documents and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to stakeholders who rely on our reporting,” Aranyo added. “We are using this as an opportunity to strengthen our own internal controls and reinforce the culture of rigor we expect from ourselves and our clients.”

Building on an early-access release in September 2024, Stratford Meridian has launched MARC 1.0, a forecasting and scenario-planning platform that turns ESAM data into forward-looking insights for owner-led service businesses.
NEW YORK, NY – October 28, 2025 – Stratford Meridian today announced the general availability of MARC 1.0, the first full release of its forecasting and modeling platform for owner-led service and home-improvement businesses. MARC transforms the operational data captured in ESAM into forward-looking views of demand, capacity, and revenue.
MARC was first introduced in September 2024 as a limited early-access product with a small group of clients. Over the past year, those clients have helped refine the platform’s modeling framework, scenario engine, and reporting capabilities. MARC 1.0 incorporates that feedback into a production-ready release with expanded vertical templates, improved data pipelines, and a redesigned user experience.
At launch, MARC 1.0 includes:
Pre-built forecasting modules for roofing, remodeling, and other service verticals;
Capacity and crew planning models linked directly to ESAM job stages;
Scenario tools that allow leadership teams to test the impact of changes in lead volume, close rates, pricing, and staffing; and
Governance features to track assumptions and maintain model discipline over time.
“Our clients don’t just want to know what happened last quarter—they want to know what the next three quarters might look like and what levers they can pull,” said Aranyo, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stratford Meridian. “MARC 1.0 is the result of a year of building alongside real operators. It sits on top of ESAM data and turns it into a planning environment leaders can actually use.”
MARC 1.0 is currently available to existing ESAM clients and selected new clients who meet certain data readiness and implementation criteria. The firm plans to expand access in phases as it continues to refine sector-specific models and extend integrations with third-party tools.
“We see MARC as a long-term platform, not a one-off product release,” Aranyo added. “Our goal is to keep iterating alongside our clients so that their forecasting environment evolves with their business.”

ESAM 2.0 introduces a redesigned workflow engine, richer job lifecycle tracking, and built-in capacity views, laying the foundation for deeper integration with MARC and more complex client operating models.
NEW YORK, NY – August 8, 2025 – Stratford Meridian today announced the release of ESAM 2.0, the latest version of its systems platform for owner-led service and home-improvement businesses. ESAM 2.0 includes a redesigned workflow engine, advanced capacity planning features, and expanded APIs that make it easier to integrate the platform into a client’s broader technology stack.
ESAM was originally launched in 2023 to give local and regional service businesses a disciplined, configurable operating system for managing leads, jobs, and client communication. The 2.0 release builds on that foundation and reflects lessons learned from two years of implementing the platform across roofing, remodeling, and specialized trades.
Key enhancements in ESAM 2.0 include:
A flexible workflow builder that allows clients to design and manage complex job lifecycles without custom code;
Native capacity and scheduling views that align sales commitments with available crews and resources;
Improved audit trails and logging to support operational oversight and compliance; and
Extended APIs and webhooks designed to work seamlessly with MARC and other third-party tools.
“Our clients’ businesses get more complex as they grow, and their systems need to keep up,” said Aranyo, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stratford Meridian. “ESAM 2.0 gives operators more control over their workflows and better visibility into capacity, while still keeping the platform structured enough to support good data.”
ESAM 2.0 is being rolled out to existing clients in phases and will be the default configuration for new implementations going forward. Stratford Meridian will continue to support clients on earlier versions during the transition period and will work with each organization to sequence upgrades around their operational calendars.
About Stratford Meridian Stratford Meridian helps owner-led service businesses build systems and analytics that support long-term growth. Its ESAM platform, MARC forecasting suite, and advisory services together create a unified approach to operations, data, and planning.
Forward-Looking Statements This press release may contain forward-looking statements about ESAM 2.0 functionality, adoption, and integration plans. Actual results may differ materially due to a variety of factors, including client implementation choices and evolving business needs. Stratford Meridian introduced an early access program for MARC in September 2024, giving a small group of clients the ability to test a bare-bones forecasting layer built on their ESAM data ahead of a broader release.
NEW YORK, NY – September 3, 2024 – Stratford Meridian today announced the launch of an early access program for MARC, a new forecasting and modeling layer designed to sit on top of the firm’s ESAM platform. The initial release is focused on giving a small group of owner-led service businesses a structured way to turn their ESAM data into forward-looking views of demand and capacity.
In this early access phase, MARC provides a minimal but functional set of tools: simple revenue and job volume projections, basic capacity modeling tied to crew counts, and lightweight reporting that allows operators to compare actual results against their assumptions. Client feedback from this program will shape the roadmap for the full MARC 1.0 release.
“We wanted to get MARC into the hands of real operators before we tried to make it perfect,” said Aranyo, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stratford Meridian. “This early access program is intentionally bare-bones. The goal is to learn how our clients think about planning, what questions they’re actually asking, and how we can design the platform around those decisions.”
Participants in the early access program span roofing, remodeling, and specialized trades. Stratford Meridian is working closely with each organization to connect MARC to their ESAM instance, validate data quality, and co-design the first set of vertical-specific models.
“The most valuable product ideas usually come from the field, not the whiteboard,” Aranyo added. “By co-developing MARC with a small group of clients, we aim to build a forecasting environment that reflects how operators actually run their businesses.”
About Stratford Meridian Stratford Meridian is a systems and analytics firm dedicated to helping owner-led service businesses grow with discipline. Its ESAM platform provides the operational backbone, while MARC and the firm’s advisory services help leadership teams plan, forecast, and execute.
Forward-Looking Statements This press release may contain forward-looking statements regarding the future development and availability of MARC. These statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially.
